Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. There is deliberately no ticket form or tracking widget here — a plain mailbox, read by the people who maintain the site.
What to write
- Corrections. A model or GPU page wrong about something? Include the page URL and, if relevant, your hardware and measured numbers. Contradicting data is the most valuable mail we get.
- Checker problems. If the checker errored or returned something odd, include the inputs you used (RAM / VRAM / threads) and what you expected.
- Content requests. Guides you wish existed, comparisons we should add, models missing from the catalogue.
- Partnerships. Write to us and tell us what you have in mind.
- Privacy questions. See the privacy policy first; email us for anything it does not answer.
Response times
We usually reply within a few business days. Corrections to factual pages are prioritized — a wrong number misleads every reader after it.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered in the guides ("why is my model slow", "how much VRAM do I need"), the methodology (how estimates work), and the model/GPU directories. If your question is "can my PC run X", the checker will answer it faster than email can.
